Terms and Conditions
Details: ADDITIONAL SAVINGS not available with any promotional pricing. $99 LA&W set up fee. 6 month minimum contract required. Members agree to an initial six (6) month contract term and agrees to be billed on a monthly basis. Termination of membership contract can be requested at any time, but cancellations prior to six (6) months will result in a $200 fee. Inception of membership will occur on the same day as the membership signup once initial payment and agreements are signed & submitted. *Membership subject to change.
